How does the free trial work?
Start with a 14-day free trial on the Team plan. No credit card required. You get full access to core features and can upgrade anytime.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What counts as an API request?
Each traced LLM call, retrieval operation, or agent step counts as one request. Batch operations are counted individually. Dashboard views and admin actions don't count.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Yes. Annual commitments receive a 20% discount on Enterprise and Regulated plans. Contact sales for custom multi-year agreements.
What's included in the Compliance Pack?
