Why improvement should be governed.

ExtremeAI is in development. The capabilities and workflows described here are planned, not currently available product features.

Evidence before change

An observed failure can suggest an improvement, but it does not establish the best production change. Source quality, instructions, routing and workflow design may all contribute.

Test the candidate

Evaluate proposed changes against quality and policy requirements, including cases that previously worked. Record uncertainty rather than treating a plausible explanation as proof.

Approval remains meaningful

A production release should follow the organisation's authority and rollback requirements. An agent proposing a change should not grant itself permission to deploy it.

Learning has boundaries

The platform thesis does not imply unrestricted collection or cross-tenant reuse of customer information. Controlled improvement depends on permitted evidence and explicit governance.
