Coordination is part of the work
Dependencies, handoffs and recovery matter when several agents or systems contribute. More agents can increase coordination requirements instead of removing them.
Our direction
ExtremeAI's thesis connects an enterprise control plane, the planned Agents OS execution layer and managed AI infrastructure. This is an intended foundation, not a claim of a released platform.
Begin with a bounded objective
Before selecting a tool, define the work, responsible owner and evaluation method. That gives a future implementation something meaningful to govern.
